Your monthly fee includes: weekly housekeeping, daily restaurant quality lunch and dinner, social events and activities, maintenance and upkeep of building and community spaces, and in-suite utilities.

Experience our lively happy hour or West Coast style dining options at our dining room, which capture the essence of the region with fresh, local ingredients and diverse flavours. You can also grab a coffee or a quick bite to eat our lively bistro. All of our dining spaces are designed to promote community engagement and socialisation, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
Housekeeping and Maintenance
At the Timberline weekly housekeeping is included with your monthly fee, keeping your suite safe and sanitised. Our on-site maintenance team are happy to take care of all maintenance, repairs, and respond promptly.

24 Hour Emergency Response
Relax and enjoy the retirement you deserve while without worrying. The Timberline is pleased to provide 24 hour emergency response staff. Should you require assistance during a medical emergency, our staff can respond immediately and dispatch the appropriate help you need 24/7.
Housekeeping
Included with your monthly fee are regular housekeeping services, keeping your suite safe and sanitized.
Maintenance
All maintenance and repairs are handled by the Orchard Gardens staff and responded to promptly.
Transportation
We’re happy to coordinate transportation to and from off-site appointments for your convenience and safety.
Support Services
Additional support services are available to the Timberline residents through third-party service providers. These include but are not limited to: personal care, footcare and medication administration. For those requiring more assistance, residents and families may make care arrangements through Island Health or a caregiver of your choice.
